Create A Countdown

Use a countdown timer embedded in an email or website to countdown to a special event either internally with employees or as part of a marketing campaign.

On the Mid plan, a countdown timer can have an expiration message, meaning that when it counts down to the date, you can display a custom message such as "Our event is now live" or "Sales have started".

On the Enterprise plan, countdowns can also be updated. If a countdown timer is embedded in an email or a website for an event that is completed, the countdown timer can be updated to the next big event.

"Countdown Expired Message" is reserved for users who are on the Mid and Enterprise plans.

Submit to see your countdown timer

Users who are on the Enterprise plan can update their countdown timer and updated already shared countdown timers to new countdown timers.

Sharing A Countdown

Share a countdown timer with your employees, partners, and users or with marketing team or department to embed in various systems.

Click the "Copy Image URL" button on your countdown timer page

A link to the countdown timer will be copied to your clipboard and you can share this link with employees, partners, and users to embed in emails and marketing systems.

Click the "Copy Content" button on your countdown timer page

The countdown timer will be copied to your clipboard, where you can embed it into any system where you can paste content like a WYSIWYG editor, email, or your email signature.

HTML code for the countdown timer will be copied to your clipboard and you can share this link with employees, partners, and users to embed in emails and marketing systems.

Updating A Countdown

On the Enterprise plan, you can update the countdown timer continuosly to countdown to future events. You can update all of the countdown timer events including linking to a new page and updating the countdown messaging.

Create A Signature

Create uniform and standardized signatures for employees to use with their emails. Signatures can be updated with logos that represent specials days and custom messages to keep email recipients up to date. As signatures get updated, they will automatically be reflected in emails already sent..

On the Enterprise plan, signature employee names and titles can be managed so that they can always be kept up to date as employee names and titles change.

"Manage Employees" is reserved for users who are on the Enterprise plans.

Submit to see your signature. Here you can test typing in names and titles to see how the signature will look.

Manage employees to set their employee identifier, name, and titles. Signatures will use the employee identifier to dynamically load in the employees name and title. If an employees name or title changes, it can be updated on the signature and then reflected automatically in all sent and future emails.

Sharing A Signature

Share a signature with your employees to embed in their email clients.

Type in your name and title or your employee identifier and click the "Copy Image URL" button on your signature page

Using A Countdown

Click one of the three buttons to copy the code for the countdown timer.

Using "Copy Content" will allow you to paste the code directly into emails. For example, the countdown can be embedded into a email being sent in Gmail.

Using A Signature

If you see "Signature Data" fields, fill them in and click one of the three buttons to copy the code for the signature.

If you see "Signature Employee Identifier" field, fill it in with the value provided to you and click one of the three buttons to copy the code for the signature.

Using "Copy Content" will allow you to paste the code directly the signature configuration section of your email client. For example, the signature be pasted into the signature configuration box in Gmail.

When composing an email, your signature will automatically be added to your email. If your employee name and title are managed, they will be updated as they change. Signature messages will also be managed by your company.
